You can earn money on LINE Webtoon and Tapas through their ad revenue program or creator suppport program but there are qualification rules~
As of 2020 I found that there are two ways you can earn money on LINE webtoon Canva for non-featured creators is through their AD Revenue Sharing Program or WEBTOON CANVAS Creator Rewards Program.
FYI you will need to have a PayPal or a Patreon account/ Patreon ID for you to receive payment.
Of course if you do become one of their contracted webtoon creators then you can earn an ongoing monthly payment starting at $2,000

What is Webtoons AD REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM
This program is basically where creators can earn 50% from ads that are displayed within their webtoon series.
You’ll have to apply to be apart of this program. Of course if you don’t want to have ads displaying on your series you can turn off the ad at any time but keep in mind you won’t receive any ad revenue from that.
You can also op out of their program at any time as well if you don’t want to have ads under your webtoon page.
When do you get paid on Webtoon?
When it comes to payment conditions the minimum threshold balance of $100.
Payments will be received on the 15th day of the next month and it will be released in increments of $100.
The balance in your account will be updated on the 21 day of the next month.
How long does the review take?
According to what I found on LINE Webtoons FAQ they sort out reviews through their queue because they have to review each webtoon to make sure it’s advertiser friendly, this will take a few weeks.
