If you draw your webtoon comics traditionally with paper and pencil you can still make that into a webtoon comic, the way I do it is I use my camera on my iPad or smartphone and upload it into apps like ibispaint to reformat the pages~
You don’t need a laptop to make or upload a webtoon all you need is ibis Paint app to make your webtoon and the internet browser on your iOS device to upload your webtoon onto LINE webtoon
When you type in LINE Webtoon website url into your internet browser and then request the desktop version it allows you to publish on mobile that way.
You can’t upload comics as of yet using the Webtoon App but you can if you use their website through your internet browser.
I use Clip Studio Paint to draw my webtoons and they also have an app version that’s subscription based.
A free light weight app alternative would be ibispaint because it has lots of similar comic features like panel tool creator.
In order for you to use Clip Studio Paint on your iPhone to make your webtoon you need at least 2GB of CPU and 6GB of storage space and a screen that’s no smaller than 5.5 inches.
ibispaint is so lightweight that it doesn’t seem to have any system requirements to use their app on your iPhone which is awesome!
