how to post on webtoon

If you're wondering "where is the publish page on webtoon mobile" then here is what I do to find it which is I will use the internet browser on my phone instead of the webtoon mobile app. From there I need to switch from the mobile version of Webtoon's website over to their desktop version. I can do this all on my phone by looking in my internet browser settings. This is how I publish a webtoon on my phone~
