I like to use a mix of my own handwriting and Wild Words Roman for the dialogue for my webcomics.
A great alternative to Wild words romans is Anime Ace is also a great san-serif font that makes it really easy to view your webtoon when it’s resized for different screens.
Since my webtoon is a romantic comedy I personally feel like wild words roman some what bubbly style smoothy suits my webtoon genre style!
Blambot is a great site with lots of webcomic fonts that a lot of webtoon artist will use for their comics!

- Anime Ace 3 – $0.00 – $40+
- Letter-o-matic – $0.00 – $40+

If you’d like to make your own webtoon font for free then Birdfont is a great free and open source website to use to draw and create your own font~
Fonts that work great for dialouge due to it being san-serif which are super legible and great for reading on different screens and lack of eye strain and blends nicely with art style due to how often it’s used in comics so what’s a norm looks the most normal but it’s mostly taste
