The program that some of my fellow webtoon artist use would be Procreate, Medibang Paint, JUMP Paint, Ibispaint as well as Krita.
But the most popular program that published Webtoon Artist use is Clip Studio Paint.
The reason why Clip Studio Paint is the most popular is because it’s specifically designed for comic creators with snap to ruler perspective, panel boarders and pre-made background materials~
